Built in partnership with Sparks Architecture and Kevin Thomas Construction, this home began with the original structure being fully demolished while thoughtfully preserving and expanding part of the existing foundation. In its place, we helped create a brand new home designed to feel anything but builder grade.

From the earliest stages, every finish, fixture, and material was intentionally selected to create a home layered with warmth, charm, and personality. Throughout the interiors, we incorporated thoughtful architectural details and timeless materials that give the home a sense of history and permanence, despite being newly built.

The family’s vision was clear: they wanted a home that felt elevated yet approachable, unique yet timeless. The result is a home that feels deeply personal to them, designed not around trends, but around the way they want to live for decades to come.
