After her second daughter was born, she went back to design school and did a tenure at Park and Oak Interiors in Glen Ellyn, IL. With JoAnna's extensive background in luxury residential interior design, she has the expertise and creative vision to transform your space into something truly exceptional. Based in Elmhurst, IL with her husband and two daughters, she’s ready to deliver outstanding results that exceed your expectations.

Lauren Tarullo

Senior Interior Designer

Jessie Van Dyck, a multifaceted creative with a keen eye for detail, brings a layered perspective to the world of interior design. With a degree in Architectural Studies and a concentration in urban planning, Jessie began her career exploring the built environment at every scale —from cityscapes to intimate interiors.

After spending several years designing luxury new construction homes in Naples, Florida, Jessie returned to her Midwest roots to further pursue her passion for interiors. Drawing inspiration from both historic architecture and modern design principles, she blends structure and softness in her work, always striving for spaces that feel both grounded and graceful.


Jessie’s design approach is informed by a deep appreciation for materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the emotional resonance of home. Her love of storytelling through space is matched by her curiosity—whether she’s digging through antique shops for character- filled gems or losing herself in a book.


Now a senior designer at JoAnna Baum Interiors, Jessie’s collaborative spirit and strong design instincts make her an invaluable part of the team. Her work reflects the JBI ethos: warm, collected, and deeply personal.

Hannah Nusbaum

Interior Designer

Hannah joins JoAnna Baum Interiors with a passion for creating thoughtful, beautiful spaces that balance function, craftsmanship, and timeless design. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Purdue University and brings a strong foundation in residential design, construction documentation, project management, and client communication.


Prior to joining JBI, Hannah spent nearly three years at Heidi Woodman Interiors, where she collaborated on projects through every phase of the design process, from concept development and selections to vendor coordination and construction administration. Her experience also includes kitchen and bath design, site visits, and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

With a keen eye for detail and a love for the technical side of design, Hannah is skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer. She approaches every project with creativity, organization, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients create homes that reflect how they live and what they love. We are thrilled to welcome Hannah to the JoAnna Baum Interiors team and look forward to the talent, perspective, and dedication she brings to our clients and projects.

Lauren joins JoAnna Baum Interiors with more than eight years of creative experience spanning retail, visual storytelling, and spatial design. With a natural eye for composition, flow, finish, and detail, she brings both a creative perspective and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to her role at JBI. Her background has given her a unique understanding of how individual elements come together to create spaces that feel warm, intentional, and beautifully considered. A self-taught designer and lifelong creative, Lauren approaches each project with curiosity and a strong appreciation for both the big picture and the smallest details. In her role at JBI, Lauren supports the team across procurement and design, helping manage the many details that take a project from concept to completion. She is also skilled in Photoshop and AI-enhanced rendering, using technology to help visualize ideas and communicate design concepts with clarity. Lauren’s creativity, organization, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her a wonderful addition to the JBI team. We are thrilled to welcome her and look forward to the thoughtful perspective and creative energy she brings to our projects.
